The Objective

Hilsea Tyres felt that it was losing out on potential custom due to the location of its premises.  The aim of our campaign was to improve local awareness and generate more business as a result.

The Strategy

This was a campaign that had a strong focus on raising awareness, so utilising a site on one of the busiest roads in the area ensured that passing motorists could not fail to see Hilsea’s directional advertising.

The Result:

"Being located on a side street means we can miss a lot of passing traffic.  However, our roundabout adverts are close-by on a very busy roundabout and are great at letting passing traffic know we are nearby.  I’ve noticed quite a few more customers drop in just because they have seen the advert so it has really worked for us.  With quite a few other mechanics and tyre companies in the area, the adverts have helped to maintain our position as Portsmouth’s number one tyre centre."
