Without a revenue generation scheme in place in 2013, Durham County Council required a partner with years of industry experience to advise them how to unlock the untapped potential of their assets.

We could see that covering an entire county offered the Council a huge opportunity to generate a considerable new stream of income.  After carrying out an initial survey and evaluation, we provided Durham County Council with a forecast of expected sales and the timelines of the new scheme.

We successfully implemented a brand-new sponsorship scheme, and ever since have maintained a consistently high sales record which ensures the continued success of the scheme.
