The #WinterFriendsLeeds awareness campaign encourages the community to look after the wellbeing of the vulnerable during the winter months and become a ‘Winter Friend’.

Leeds City Council have booked a 6-month digital advertising slot in the city bus station as part of their larger winter health campaign.

The campaign has raised awareness of important healthcare issues, including the importance of the flu-jab; made people aware that antibiotics aren’t a miracle cure, and how to prevent the spread of germs – vital for public transport users who are regularly in close proximity of others.
